Bisexual and pansexual folks often don’t feel like they fit into straight spaces, and aren’t always made to feel welcome in queer spaces either. My cohost Veronica and I wanted to create a community where we can hold space for the unique needs and feelings of this population. Our vision for the group is to keep things pretty simple, starting with an icebreaker and then a discussion topic or question, then letting the conversation go from there.
This group is for adults of all genders who identify as bisexual or pansexual. It is an open group, so members can join in whenever they feel like with no pressure. Sessions are virtual, and take place every Thursday from 5:15-6:30pm. The link to the group will be provided with the intake paperwork.
The cost of attending is $50 per session. Unfortunately both me and the co-host are Associate LMFTs, meaning that we cannot accept insurances at this time, and therapy is unable to be reimbursed.
